Need for scholarships in Haiti, not abroad

Following an October 2010 piece in the Chronicle of Higher Education on Haitian universities HELP's letter to the editor, stressing the importance of reversing brain-drain by educating Haitian students in Haiti, was published in the December 2010 edition.
