HELP’s Impact Across Haiti: Josue Celiscar

Though insecurity and uncertainty have marked the experience of learning and living in Port-au-Prince over the past several years, they do not represent life everywhere in Haiti. Throughout the country, from mangrove marshes and social businesses on Haiti’s northern coast to NGOs in the south, HELP graduates have undertaken unique, inspiring projects with organizations that, like HELP, are continuing the quiet and persistent work of social progress. We invite you to hear from Josue about his pursuits and how HELP has positioned him for success.

Field Operations Director, FoProBiM

For the past four years, Josue Celiscar has served as Field Operations Director for the Foundation for the Protection of Marine Biodiversity in the northern coastal town of Caracol.
